These terms cover the Featherweight website and beta waitlist. The website is operated by the person or business identified in our legal information.
Joining the waitlist
Signing up asks us to consider you for beta access. It does not create a Featherweight account, purchase software or reserve an invitation for a particular date. We will contact you by email if we can offer you a place.
Use an email address you control and give accurate answers about your setup.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit someone else’s personal information without permission, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt to bypass its security.
Beta software
The waitlist is separate from use of the desktop app. Any software licence and service terms applicable to the beta will be provided before you start using it. You need your own appropriate licences for Ableton Live and any plug-ins or other third-party software you use.
Your information
Our privacy notice explains how we use your waitlist application and website data. Joining the waitlist does not give consent to optional analytics.
You can ask to leave the waitlist using our contact details.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
