This notice covers the Featherweight website and beta waitlist. Miceo is responsible for this use of your personal data. You can reach us using our contact details.
Your waitlist application
When you apply, we collect your email address and your answers to the form. We also record when you apply or update your answers.
We use this information to manage beta invitations, contact you about the beta and decide what to test first.
Joining the waitlist is optional, but we can’t consider your application without your email address and the required answers.
We rely on our legitimate interest in managing requests for beta access and preparing a useful beta.
You can object to this use of your data or ask to leave the waitlist at any time.
When you contact us
We use your contact details and message contents to handle legal enquiries. Our legitimate interest is to respond to these enquiries. We process privacy-rights requests to meet our legal obligations.
Website security
We use information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited to keep the website working, fix problems and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
Cloudflare checks applications for bots using information about your browser, device and connection. It also uses this information to improve its checks. See Cloudflare’s privacy information.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use optional analytics to see which pages people visit, how they use the site and where errors occur. This includes information about your browser, device and how you found us.
You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
The cookies the site needs stay on when you reject the rest: they protect the site and remember your choice, which we keep for about six months. If you accept analytics, its cookies can stay for up to a year. Some other analytics information saved on your device stays until you reject cookies or clear it in your browser.

Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and Singapore. These transfers use applicable EU adequacy decisions or EU-approved contractual safeguards. You can contact us for details or a copy of the safeguards.
How long we keep information
We delete waitlist applications and beta-website analytics within three months after beta recruitment ends.
We delete routine contact messages within 12 months after resolving the enquiry. Records needed for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute are kept for as long as that requires.
Routine website logs normally cover about two weeks of activity, and other server security logs about a month.
These periods apply to our active records. Deleted information may remain in providers’ backup copies for longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see your personal data, correct it or have it deleted. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to limit its use or give you a copy to take to another service. You can object to uses based on our legitimate interests. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect earlier lawful use.
To leave the waitlist or exercise a privacy right, use our contact details.
